1.Spheroidizing Annealing

2.Tukanga Quenching
Te pati tote (BaCl₂:KCl=3:1) te hau whakamarumaru ranei (N₂-CH₃OH, te tirotiro hāora ≤0.5%):
- GCr15 maitai: 845±5°C × tauwehe wa (te matotoru pakitara × 0.8-1.2 min/mm)

3.Hakaiti-Tempering Tempering
150-180°C × 2-4h (±3°C) roto oumu hau convection kaha:
- ε-Fe₂.₄C rerenga i roto i te martensite, pakeke 61-65 HRC
- Te pirau Austenite: >80% (XRD manatoko)

4. Nga Tukatuka Motuhake & Nga Whakahoutanga
- Austempering: 230±10°C pati tote × 2h → bainite raro (58-62 HRC, KCV≥50J/cm²)
- Te tangi hohonu: -70°C × 4h (wai hauota rehu), austenite→martensite panoni>95%
- Whakapakeke Taiaho: 1064nm roangaru hanga 0.3mm hōhonu take, ↑40% whakapā rohirohi ora
