Domestic enterprises have achieved multiple breakthroughs in precision bearings through end-to-end R&D efforts: specialized thin-wall bearings for robotic joints now operate with high precision and low friction, exported to international markets including Japan; aerospace-grade precision self-lubricating bearings have been successfully applied in the Shenzhou spacecraft series, achieving world-leading performance. Meanwhile, enterprises have leveraged "5G + Industrial IoT" technology to digitize the entire production process, further enhancing product accuracy and stability to meet overseas clients' stringent requirements for precision components.
Policy incentives and service upgrades are empowering export growth. The RCEP tariff reduction policy continues to deliver benefits, with domestic precision bearings exported to ASEAN, Japan, and South Korea enjoying substantial tariff reductions. Combined with streamlined customs procedures like intelligent origin certificate verification and expedited clearance, these measures significantly lower trade costs. Meanwhile, companies are enhancing foreign trade services by optimizing anti-rust treatments and protective packaging for overseas markets, while providing multilingual technical manuals and remote installation guidance to elevate international customer experiences.
