Structural Design
- Rings: GCr15 bearing steel hardened to HRC 58-62, precision-ground raceways;
- Balls: φ3mm-φ50mm steel balls (ISO 3290 Grade G10-G20);
- Cage: Stamped steel/brass or polymer PA66-GF25 segmented cage;
- Sealing: Z-shield (80°C) or 2RS rubber seal (120°C).

- By Sealing Type:
- Open Bearings: No seals; require regular lubrication.
- Shielded Bearings (ZZ/2Z): Single or double metal shields for dust protection (not oil-tight).
- Sealed Bearings (RS/2RS): Rubber seals for dust/water resistance and grease retention.
- By Size:
- Miniature Bearings: Bore diameter <10mm, used in precision instruments.
- Standard Bearings: Common sizes (e.g., 6200 series).
- Large-Size Bearings: For heavy-duty industrial equipment.
